Welcome. I’m Mr Vullo, a qualified teacher, SENCo and SEMH Provision Lead dedicated to exploring the effective and ethical integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in primary schools. My mission is to translate complex AI strategy into practical, ethical solutions that directly support the well-being and foundation skills of young learners, and empower their educators.
My approach is built on years of experience leading Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support for vulnerable primary-aged children in Harlow, Essex (United Kingdom). This specialism gives me a vital, human-centred lens through which I view the future of technology in education.
My work now focuses on three critical areas:
- AI for qualitative analysis: Developing strategies, like building local Large Language Models (LLMs), to offer predictive and personalised support for primary pupils with additional SEMH needs.
- Coding, robotics and STEM skills & literacy: Guiding teachers on how to use coding, robotics, and STEM activities to re-engage primary children in learning and increase their window of tolerance.
- Trauma informed approaches to behaviour management: Relationship building, provision design and curriculum develop to provide pupils the best chance to succeed.
What You Will Find Here (and on YouTube)
My goal is to share what I am learning about the use of AI in primary education that moves beyond generic concepts. Whether you’re a headteacher, a primary classroom teacher, or an ed-tech specialist, I hope you will find content focused on implementation and real-world impact.

My Background and Commitment
I lead a specialist provision in Harlow, Essex (United Kingdom), which gives me direct, daily insight into the challenges faced by primary teachers and vulnerable young learners.
I believe AI is a powerful tool that, when implemented thoughtfully, can grant educators more time for meaningful human connection and personalised teaching. My commitment is to ensure that every primary school can harness this power safely, ethically, and effectively.
